Choose to join a group of 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 for private outdoor training sessions with Karen. Karen will take you through a full workout that is personalized to your fitness level and goals. You will have access to a variety of equipment such as bands, weights, ski ergs, rowing machines, bikes, ropes, TRX and more.
When you commit with a small group, you must commit to a month without cancellations. You may find someone to fill your space if you are not able to attend one week.
